Bought a car from this garage a while back. Serious problems with the engine. Had no end of trouble getting them to sort it. Not recommended at all.
Good honest dealer, great value, 09 SCENIC Auto 33000miles, Just like new, 2995, had it seven months no faults apart from one side light bulb replaced!
Absolutely crap, my futre father in law bought a 7 seater Kia Carens from there just before christmas took it for a test drive it felt comfortable to drive and to sit in so we thought of great this car will be suitable for us as there is 6 of us in the family. The first 2 weeks we had the car the wipers kept hitting the side of the car which was making alot of noise and we were afraid it would do damage so took it back and they changed the wipers but they were still hiting the side of the car, so we took it back again for them to take a look and thats all we had off the guy was we shouldnt complain about the car, which we werent thats all we wanted as for him to sort it out as it is very annoying driving around with them making so much noise and we didnt want to damge the car. Couple of weeks afterwards the arier came off and my futre father in law rang him up to see if he has one and he said he would ring up a scrap yard to see if they had one and never bothered to, so we had to go to the local garage to get one which cost us 70, then the spring went on the car which the guy didnt want nothing to do with it and had cost my father in law 170.00. And now i had to get my friend which is a machanic to have a look around the car to see anything else wrong with it and the passenger hand break is on its way out and now the air bag light keeps coming on. Ever since my father in law has had the car his had nothing but trouble with it am just glad its not serous as he carrys 2 very young children in that car. East End Motors has not at all been helpful since my father in law has had the car and. I will definitely NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE to get a car from.To be honest this garage dose'nt deserve 1 star.
