Absolutely horrendous to deal with. Would not provide 3rd party insurance company, hung up on me for no reason at all. Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, horrendous customer service.Would not answer phoncalls, would not cooperate and this man is meant to be a brokerage.Would avoid at allCosts and save yourself his hefty commission and go direct to the company. Absolutely awful experience. Avoid at all costs!!Go direct - avoid this man.
