Had two appointments now and still no engineer has showed up when appointment has been made.On two occasions I have lost money/hours in work whilst waiting for them to call to my home.I was told someone would be with me this morning (first call) 8.30amI waited until 9am then phoned the office,they told me they couldnt contact the engineer on his phone,therefore he must me driving and he is probably on his way.I then waited another 30mins and called office again,they put me on hold and called the engineer, they then said he was running late(how can he be running late if Im his first call?)and would be with me in 25-30 mins without fail.I then waited another 40 minsGuess what! Still no showI have now had to leave and Go to work And probably come home to a card through my letterbox saying IVE missed him, this is unacceptable When I ask for a specific appointment time,they say only am or pm available What about people who work 7 days week? Just give me a time and day SIMPLE!
I've just had an engineer out to do a routine service and I cannot fault the commitment this man has for his clients and his job. I've had about 3 engineers out over the past few months because I was having issues with water temperature etc - this guy spent the best part of 4 hours yesterday to find the source of the issue where others have walked away saying its fine when it wasn't. Absolute respect to this guy and his dedication to sorting the issue. Thank you so much :)
I have only admiration for this company and the standard of service they provide. The are most welcome to carry out work for me any time.
