Beware if thinking about selling your property with this company, be sure to double check the commission they quote you during the valuation matches the fees on the contract you will need to sign.I took them on face value and ended up regretting it.
I was impressed by the staff and their level of customer service.They helped me to access parking near the office and managed to bring forward the viewing as we had arrived early.The manageress was attentive and the staff had knowledge of the property and provided extra info within 24 hours from the vendor.A very positive experience for us.
I recently sold my house and bought a property with the Pontardawe Branch so I have seen both sides of the process ......selling my house went smooth but alas buying a property in need of a major refurb took a bit of work due to one of the sellers living overseas and with all the time difference and bad phone lines alot of communication issues , but I have to say the professional standards of the office was superb and kept me informed throughout the difficulties and thus securing my home . All the staff were very pleasant and helpful but special mention to Kayley who was excellent above and beyond what I would expect . So thanks again girls and Rhys and I shall see you all again soon when I'll be buying.
