Great service throughout. John and the team, really took on board my needs and helped me find the best property for me and my son. They guided me through the whole process and I was pleased at how well I was kept up to date. Since moving into the property they have been quick to respond to any of communications. Still awaiting a refund for tenancy checks after the room I was after was already taken. Awful communication from staff throughout the whole process. Constantly chasing for a refund which should have been processed within a week has now taken almost two months and still no where in sight. Asked for the formal complaint procedure and it was deflected with a promise that it had been processed and then communication had broken down again despite chasing on my part once again. Would recommend to avoid to save the hassle if anything went wrong.
